To request the deletion of your account and its associated data from the Gas2Door app, please send an email to our support team.

Please use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

For verification purposes, please send this email from the email address that is registered to your Gas2Door account.

Our team will process your request and confirm the deletion within 7-14 business days. Please note that for regulatory and financial reporting purposes, we may be required to retain certain anonymized transaction data for a legally required period. All personally identifiable information will be permanently removed.
